Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by VIKOM, Mojca Libenšek s.p., trading as VTR Graphics, Slovenia. We are the data controller for any personal data you send us through this site.

What we collect, and why
When you send the quote form we receive the information you type into it: your name, email address, bike model and year, the kit type you selected, and your message. If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram instead, we hold whatever you send us there.
We use it for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you order, to design, produce and ship your kit. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract if you order. Where we keep correspondence beyond that, the basis is our legitimate interest in keeping a record of our work (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else can see it
- Netlify (Netlify Inc.) hosts this website and stores the quote-form submissions on our behalf.
- Our email provider, for correspondence.
- The delivery carrier — name, address and phone, so your kit reaches you.
- Our accountant and the tax authority, where an invoice is issued, as Slovenian law requires.
Nobody else. We do not pass your details to other companies for their own use.
No tracking, no advertising cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and it loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from third-party servers — everything is served from our own domain. Nothing on this site follows you around the internet.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within two years. Order records and design files are kept for as long as needed for warranty, repeat orders and the retention periods Slovenian tax law requires (generally ten years for invoices).
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to someone else. Email us and we will deal with it within one month, free of charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — ip-rs.si.
Order terms for custom kits
Nothing is printed until you approve the proof. Every kit includes two free revision rounds; further rounds are €35 each. Once you approve the final design, we print it.
Custom-made goods cannot be returned. Because each kit is designed and cut to your bike and your specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling does not apply, as provided for goods made to the consumer's specification under EU consumer law and the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act. Please check your proof carefully before approving it.
Crash replacement. For MX and enduro kits we keep your design on file and will reprint individual panels from the original artwork for 24 months from your order: €29 for one panel, €45 for two, €69 for three or four, €99 for five or more, and €139 for a full reprint of the same design. This applies to the same design only — any change to the artwork is charged as a revision round (€35). It is a paid service and separate from the guarantee below.
If we get it wrong, we fix it. If a panel is clearly wrong because of our mistake — wrong model, wrong cut, a production fault — send us a photo and we recut and reship it free of charge.
Prices on this site include VAT. Shipping is charged separately: €6 within Slovenia, €16 to the EU. Delivery is normally 7–14 days from design approval.
